Choose which fitness plan is best for you:

15 Plus Program - this plan is perfect for men or women who need to lose around 10 to 20  pounds.  This plan allocates an even distribution between building muscle and losing fat.  Most new clients lose about 2 to 5 inches off of their waist in the first month and double their strength in 3 months.  Clients will lose around 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week and about 4 to 8 pounds of fat per month.  In the first week this can be accelerated because some will hold excess water.  So, in addition to fat loss, clients can lose in the first 7 to 10 days 3 to 7 pounds of water depending on their sodium intake.  About 1/3 of our clients that complete this program begin the Body Sculpting Program.

Overall Master Fat Loss Program - This plan is for new clients who need to lose 30 plus pounds and whose body fat measurement is above the desired or normal healthy reference range.  The design of this plan is to reduce overall body fat and to increase some muscle.  The muscle training portion of this plan focuses on major muscle groups.  Similar to the 15 Plus Program, new clients will lose 4 to 8 pounds of fat per month ad because of the nature of this program in some cases they exceed 8 pounds.

Muscle Building Program - This plan's main goal is to build muscle.  This plan is well suited for the type of person who is generally thin and needs to gain weight.  About 1 out of 7 clients are considered an ectomorph (thin frame) and would be suitable for this program.


Advanced Programs

Athletic Program - This program is perfect for the weekend warrior to the professional athlete.  This plan dedicates much time towards increasing speed, power, and agility.  The Athletic Plan is perfect for football, baseball, soccer, basketball, and a variety of other athletic endeavors.

Body Sculpting Program - This more advanced plan focuses on training both large and small muscle groups and aims towards polishing aesthetics - specifically small waist, perfect abs, and butt, and nice broad back and shoulders.  This plan is for anyone that is already in shape and is looking to take it to the next level.

Bodywise Blast - This program can be incorporated into any of the above programs and is perfect for the person that is ready to get in shape yesterday.  This program has clients train with one of our trainers 5 to 6 times per week and primary focus is to get results asap!


Nutrition

Included in all of the programs listed above is our unique nutritional plans and customized diets.  Our company provides two services for the price of one.  So instead of spending extra money on both a nutritionist and a personal trainer, we provide both services for one reasonable price.

An important part of our program is teaching clients how to eat to lose weight.  On one of the first sessions, Ed will spend an hour or more discussing various foods and supplements that will help you lose weight naturally.  Ed will teach you everything you need to know to create your perfect body.  His expertise will help you reshape your body and on average the typical new client can lose up to 2 to 5 inches off of your waist in the first month.  The Nutritional program is vital to your success. He adds another level of accountability and awareness by asking his clients to keep a food journal and to bring this in one a week in addition to their body fat measurements, weight and circumference measurements.  This part of the fitness program is critical and allows dialogue that supports results and change.  Over the course of the program there continues to be many conversations which include eating out, ordering in, cooking, grocery shopping, and nutritional supplements.

This plan is perfect for men and women who prefer no nutritional information.  Bodywise Associate Trainers have been training successfully for 10 years or more and offer training sessions at a reduced rate    10 session package; $65 per session
The Answer Diet System 
The Answer is a Bodywise Diet System that does not teach you how to diet, it teaches you how to eat.  You will learn to satisfy cravings in a way that nourishes your body and mind, in a way that feeds muscle, starves fat, fortifies health & fuels  energy.  The Answer is your lifetime solution to the dieting dilemma.  Includes weekly sessions, fitness testing & assessments.

One of your first sessions will include a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test. He adds another level of accountability and awareness by asking his clients to keep a food journal and to bring this in once a week in addition to their body fat measurements, weight and circumference measurements.  This part of the fitness program is critical and allows dialogue that supports results and change.  Over the course of the program there continues to be many conversations which include eating out, ordering in, cooking, grocery shopping, and nutritional supplements.

Fitness Testing
We offer specialized fitness testing which determine your personal caloric burn & target heart rate for aerobic activity.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) 
The rate & efficiency with which the body converts food to energy is referred to as the metabolic rate.  This test is key in determining the rate at which your body burns calories, which is vital in setting your caloric intake based on your individual fitness goals.  $ 110

VO2 Max
The information obtained in a VO2Max test is the anaerobic & aerobic thresholds.  This is key in determining your individual fat burning zone for aerobic activity.   $150

RMR & VO2Max Combined    $230.
